Plug in the connector to the vehicle's charge port. Some vehicles (Tesla) will require an adapter.

Scan the QR Code on the charger and click "Charge Now". If needed, WiFi is available in the garage.

Review pricing and terms, then click "Continue". On the next screen, enter your home's unit number.

Enter card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for fast checkout. The final receipt will be sent to the email provided.

While the vehicle charges, the meter will run like a gas pump. The charging will continue even if the webpage is closed or the charger's light ring turns off.

An email will be sent when the charge is complete.

Unplug the vehicle and store the cable.

The vehicle may be unplugged at any time to stop charging early.

A transaction receipt will be emailed once the vehicle is unplugged.
